Shipping Policy

Processing times can be longer during busy periods. Typically, orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We do our best to get everything out within 24 hours, but orders placed on weekends or holidays may take a bit more time. You may also see delays during holidays, restocks, limited editions, or promotions.

Please note that we’re not able to control delays caused by shipping carriers or unexpected events. To get your order to you as quickly as possible, some items may ship separately. If that happens, you’ll receive two tracking numbers.

Free Shipping

We’re happy to offer free shipping on:

Orders of $150+ within BC, tracking included.

Standard Shipping

All orders under $150 have a $20 shipping fee. Orders of a certain size may include tracking. All orders will be notified when shipped.

How We Ship

All orders are sent directly from our Salon in Courtenay, B.C. Canada Through Canada Post.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.

Processing & Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
We do not ship on weekends or on the following holidays:
